We ask for your name and a valid ID to confirm who you are. It takes about 90 seconds and is required to protect buyers and keep the platform trustworthy.

No. Kowalink works for individuals, sole traders, and registered businesses across Africa. You just need a valid ID and an active phone number.

Yes — the entire store and dashboard are designed for mobile. No laptop or website builder needed.

Orders & Payments

Buyers place an order and provide their name, phone number, and delivery address. You receive a WhatsApp notification with all their details, then contact the buyer directly to arrange payment — cash, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, bank transfer, or whatever works for you both.

Never. You pay a flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of every sale. Kowalink does not process or touch your payments.

Any method that works for you and your buyer — MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, M-Pesa, cash on delivery, bank transfer, or anything else. You negotiate directly with your buyer over WhatsApp.

Since payment is arranged between you and the buyer, you decide how to handle it. You can mark orders as paid, pending, or cancelled in your dashboard. We recommend confirming payment before dispatching goods.

Products & Store

On Lite, up to 40 products. On Pro, up to 100. On Premium, unlimited. You can add, edit, and remove products anytime from your dashboard.

Yes. Each product supports size and color variants. Buyers can pick their preferred variant at checkout and their choice is included in the order notification you receive.

You'll receive a WhatsApp message the moment a buyer places an order. It includes their name, phone number, delivery address, items ordered, and the total.

Yes. Pro and Premium plans include sales analytics, revenue insights, and full customer purchase history so you can see exactly what's working.
